Fully Automatic Continuous Frying Machine for Snack Food, Pastry, and Meat

Continuous Frying Machine Introduction:
Continuous Frying Machine Primarily used in larger food production enterprises, these machines can be customized to meet specific product characteristics. They enable continuous automated production, saving energy and labor.
The core working principle of a fully automatic continuous frying machine is to continuously feed ingredients into a constant-temperature oil tank via an automated conveyor system. After frying, the ingredients are automatically output. Auxiliary systems such as oil filtration and temperature control ensure continuous operation and product quality.

Continuous mesh frying machines:
Utilizing a mesh belt structure, these machines allow for continuous frying and are suitable for large-scale production such as fully automatic potato chip production lines and French fry processing lines. Most components are made of 304 stainless steel, offering wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Widely used in: meat products, meat chunks, fried chicken wings, rice crackers, seafood, vegetables, pasta, and other fried food processing.
Core Operating Procedures of Fully Automatic Continuous Frying Machine:
Automatic Conveying and Continuous Feeding:
Food ingredients are fed evenly and continuously into the frying area via a mesh belt, chain, or chain plate conveyor. The conveying speed can be adjusted via frequency conversion to match the frying time requirements of different ingredients.
Constant Temperature Frying Control:
Electric, gas, or heat transfer oil heating methods are used, coupled with a temperature sensor and PLC control system to monitor and precisely control the oil temperature in real time (with an error typically within ±1â), preventing excessively high or low temperatures from affecting taste and safety.
Automatic Discharge and Draining:
After frying, the food ingredients are carried out of the oil tank by a conveyor and drained above using an overhead draining structure (such as vibrating draining or tilting draining) to remove excess surface oil before being conveyed to subsequent cooling or packaging stages.
Continuous Oil Filtration and Slag Removal:
A built-in dynamic oil filtration system (such as a filter screen and slag scraper) filters food residue from the oil in real time. Some equipment also features an oil-water separation structure; residue settles to the water layer and is automatically discharged, extending the lifespan of the frying oil and ensuring uninterrupted continuous operation.
